It is true about the hp decrease compared to dmg done isnt alot however it sure raks up when SoV's stack up

There is quite a lot of damage from SoV if you stack them up. However the only reason that people don't play it is that it has no strategy outside from using SoV as the main damage dealer. Take SoB for instance. In a rush deck you can use them to draw the cards faster, depending on the advantage that you have the quanta to play your cards before your opponent does and have that extra draw if you fill up your opponents hand. With SoV however, you have to base your strategy around it or else it's useless.

Oh it can, but highly unlikely due to the developer Zanz being mostly inactive.

Well that's what I mean. When was the last time he posted; last week, last month, last year? I'm only asking because I truly don't know and while its still fun posting possible ideas for existing cards or new cards even if I know they will never happen, it still makes it feel more worth it and rewarding when I know it's a conceivable possibility.

For example: what if you turned SoV into something more like what purify is to poison but instead for healing. Keep its same effect but also give it a passive effect that reverses all healing your opponent does (basically it deals damage instead of healing). the extra effect may constitute a higher quanta cost or even a constant quanta cost similar to flooding which I personally like since it synergizes so well with devourer.
