No cards are killed at the same time as you can tell with vultures and RoF, I can't remember what the order of death is but I can definitely confirm that it does happen.

Even if you cannot decide which was the last, the code will (would) know :)
A very nice card!

If you use it twice in a row, does it give you 2 of your last killed card, or 1 of your last killed card and 1 of the card that was killed before that?

Probably it should result in a wasted card.

CURATOR COMMENT
- There is no tracking of a creature that has been killed past, the presence of this card will require a whole new mechanic to be in effect in every game even if this card is never used.

- There is also the question of when there has been no card already killed.
- What is to occur when 2 consecutive rebirth are played
- Determination between creatures that have been removed from play vs destroyed.

Keeping track of a single 'most recently killed' creature shouldn't be a big deal. (It would be a special slot) A queue may be just slightly more complicated.
Once created, it could be used for other effects.
If a creature was never killed before, or the slot was used for rebirth (or other), the card would simply be wasted.
That's the same when you use flying weapon without weapon in slot.

For some reason I REALLY don't like this idea... imagine taking down a really powerful creature (say a Pharoh, a Light Dragon, or even a super-buffed Lava Golem with Momentum) and then having the opponent play THIS card in a pinch to revive said powerful creature to get a second chance at owning everything.

Not to mention it's WAY too cheap for its cost. Life could be overdone with this card, if you couple this with the  :life Dragons and whatnot. Also: when you play this card, do you have to target a creature (so that upon death, it gets replayed again), or is it automatic (whatever creature goes down, you get it back in your hand)? If it's automatic, I don' know how it's going to work against damage spells like thunderstorm.  ???

The creature is returned to your hand, not to the game. So the fact it was superbuffed is irrelevant.

It's automatic; you wouldn't have to target the creature.  And thunderstorm kills creatures one at a time, as someone stated above.

It might take extra coding, but SG warned in another thread against limiting creativity due to perceived impossibilities.

I like the idea but worry it costs too little.  I could definitely see decks built around this...

So what were you thinking of increasing the cost to?

@Jur Kev's post was correct in everything he said so that should answer your queries.

In the Interview, Zanz says no to Graveyards (the Conceptial Zone for destroyed cards in the game).

How about a permanent that when a creature dies, the rebirth is destroyed instead?
