No limit? But if math shows that to be very OP, maybe 1-3 of each time is max?

On the third turn Erosion is on the field if you added two counters it could destroy one permanent out of five. On the fifth one out of three. Maybe I'd limit its effect to 2 permanents in a turn, or it could be OP.^^

An artificial limit would add complexity and either weaken it or disguise its power. The artificial limit would be a patch that is inferior to messing with the percentages if needed. See Skull shield for details on a similar idea.

So there should be no limit per turn to permanents destroyed.
