An OP deck would include 6 unupped Phoenixes, 6 Immolations, a couple of these, 6 Novas, and a few Photons. Strategy: When you have no Ashes on your field, use it. no permanents, Phoenixes turn into Ashes, next turn, Immo an Ash, revive all Phoenixes, period.

Phoenixs do not become Ash when Apocalypsed.

Ok...So while I'm rather new at this whole card design thing...I feel like this card has more bark than bite. The mind game it creates is super scary, but the actual playing of it...It's like threatening to blow up the world. Nobody wins in that senario if the device goes off. In game? It basically is a question of who lost more vital cards to it. So a combo-using rainbow or something would be absolutely screwed, while a mono-creature swarm deck would just go 'that's annoying' and kill the fire user.
Someone mentioned a series... :time version should just revert decks to their original state, excluding the card so time users can't infinite loop until they win.

You know, aside from the fact that it's in one of the best elements for quick quanta production. Honestly, this card is a 'screw the rules, I have Immo' (cookie for those who get the reference), and even using it is terrible. Ever noticed that alot of fire decks don't have pillars... while most other elemental decks do? This thing destroys pillars, making quanta production hit absolute 0 (+1 Mark).
Perception is the source of misunderstanding.

Why, yes. I do have a Mindgate necklace. It's how I ninja everyone.

Honestly, this card has a good idea, but you are taking it too far.
Possible Alterations:
Deal 7 damage to all creatures and players
Both players gain 10 of each element
Deal  20 damage to target player

other ideas would be change the element, for example water freeze/congeal all creatures, time to delay them, entropy to mutate them, ect

i would add 15|10 damage to yourself as an extra effect of this card, since this is effectively a reset of the playing field at your choice, some quanta and a single card loss is too little

I do not believe it should be able to hit any creature that would otherwise be untargetable. Meaning immaterial, burrowed and invisible creatures/weapons would still stand. Also you cannot hit something that hasn't even hit the board yet so phoenix ash is also out. As it is, this card is way too OP and should be toned down.

This would be more like "Quake 3 - arena" weapon rather than an Elements card. OP!

Needs some balancing, how about 6 random different type of quanta depleted, (Including fire as random.) This card can just destroy an opponent, and anything that can do that alone, deserves to be nerfed.
