Turn 5: I made an Singularity (position 1). It cast adrenaline on itself. AI3 infect the Singularity.
Turn 6: Singularity died while casting quint on itself.
Turn 7: I played a Doll(position 1). Doll is immediately quinted.

I have tried to reproduce this with the following deck

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
52i 52i 52i 52i 52i 52i 5v0 5v0 5v0 5v0 5v0 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 7an 7an 7an 7qb 7qb 80h 80h 8pk

The idea was to manually poison, epinephrine (to kill the singularity) and then quint it, playing a Voodoo Doll right after. Apparently this can't be reproduced manually, so I guess it's completely by chance getting the Epi'd --> Quint (and being poisoned while at it) singularity to confirm this bug. :/

Casting adrenaline manually is fine, but the bug is caused by the timing of the singularity dying so quickly after quinting itself, so you need it to quint itself.
Screenshots:

Testing was done with unupped singularity with insufficient poison to kill without help from adrenaline.

EDIT: Putting enough poison to kill in one turn also causes this bug without needing adrenaline.
