If you created your account after mid-March 2015: Your account is currently completely missing from the database. You may get missing account or wrong password errors. There is nothing that can be done about this right now. Please watch this post for updates.
If you changed your password after mid-March 2015: Your password has been rolled back along with your account. You will need to use your old password for now.

You're welcome to take pictures just in case, but if you can view your deck and then return to the main menu, you should see it attempt to and succeed at saving. Give it a try.

Refreshed the game so I wouldn't have to fill out the deck again. Got what I had when I got back in.

This is actually my old deck from when I started and quit a few years or so back. I'm kinda glad I have it, but at the same time I want all my fire and aether cards back. I'll be trying it again and seeing where it takes me.
Maybe I'll get my old Fire/darkness deck I was using back. User is Skelhand if you face me.
Edit: oh and some of those cards in the first pic idr getting.

Unfortunately this is a disaster for me as I only started playing in February.
I've lost all but 25 of my 650 upgraded cards, all my nymphs, 150,000 electrum and my score has gone from 400,000 to 25,000.
Totally gutted. :(

I lost several rares and upgraded cards. I'm unsure about if I lost a nymph or two. It could be worse, fortunately (?) I rarely play, but I'd started putting in a lot of effort to build up for war. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot to prove my claims. I hope most other people do :(

Now I'm glad that i changed my signature to my nymphlist 2 weeks ago, so I can check the difference without problem. But alas, the missing ones are:

EDIT: I found evidence for 3 of my nymphs so far, I doubt that I created any other proof. :/ Who would have expected that proof will be needed?

It could be worse, but it's not good, either. I only had 4 more elements to upgrade 9 each of Towers/Pendula on and I'd have had the full 12 of every card/48 of every Tower/Pendulum, whereas now I've only got that with 4 elements, and I even have to buy the excess Towers/Pendula to upgrade in the other 8.
Can't be helped, and it's great that this problem was sorted as quickly as it was, but it's still a shame.

It was a scary morning, now I can breathe a sigh of relief.
From what I've read it sounds like those of us who are unsure of what we lost will be out of luck.
That is quite a bummer (I lost quite a bit: nymphs, upped weaps/cards, shards,) but we'll get over it. :D
Just glad to see that the game is still here!
