Title: shard of focus bugs

1. it turns into a black hole BEFORE you use the abbility, only by clicking on the card.

2. it ONLY becomes a black hole when using its ability, it shoul be in the card description.

This topic is in the wrong section, because it is not an AI bug.
Your first point is part of the game mechanic governing ability costs.
The wording on the card is ambiguous, but the "turn into a black hole if HP>45" is actually part of the ability description, so it only triggers when the ability is used. (The ability is:  destroy a permanent and gain +0|+15, and then turn into a black hole if HP exceeds 45)
