I did some Googling. Here's the MtG card: http://sales.starcitygames.com/cardscans/MAG_M10/RisefromtheGrave.jpg

It's not identical but I think it's too close. If it were from something else, there wouldn't be problems, but because it's from MtG, it's kind of lame.
