At first I thought AI4 ascensions could be anything really, but actually the specific card counts are more restrictive than I thought they would be. In fact theres not a single AI3 deck that you could just add cards to to fulfill the conditions, you have to both remove and add cards. At the same time an FG with 128 decksize and only 20 cards matching the mark and 8 semidead qps is not actually good.

My first thought was to make a new FG deck, which I assume nearly everyone will end up doing... (This was my super Steam Machine deck: here.)

I ended up changing my mind and with with this interesting AI3 deck.

At first glance it may seem like I changed too much, but if you look closely the elements used are exactly the same. Now you may ask yourself, "What's big about that?" Well... if you look REALLY closely, you'll see that and are the only 2 elements that can use .

Obviously, the Forest Spirit uses it with its ability. Fate Egg has a chance if it gets the right creature.

Which brings me to the THEME of the deck: Creatures that are with abilities or creatures that use for their ability.

The reasons this is an AI3 deck and not a FG deck are simple. This deck is too weak to be a FG. On top of that, you lose the wonderful Toadfish ability if it's upgraded.

So there you have it... a toolbox deck for the AI3 level of difficulty.

But as it evolved, only the strongest amphibians survived to multiply and grow. In a chaotic pandemonium the spawning began, and Anura was born. A sentient hoard of Giant Frogs, she lives in their pack instincts and has her own independent thoughts and wishes, completely separate from the croaking individuals who create her. Occasionally, she clashes with individuals in the hoard. A discord of desires.

With regard to uncertainty in AI4, the deck you submit (or are basing off of) should attempt to be a plausible occurrence. So you don't have to pick them at random, but it should be possible as a roll. I'll admit that the mold for a randomly generated deck is a bit different from the others, but it's up to you to justify the fit and your changes.

This  deck was born humbly at the AI3 plane of existence.  Because of countless battles, deaths, and rebirths at the same plane, the AI pondered the meaning of these repetitive struggles.  It all seemed rather pointless.  The AI eventually understood that in order to reach higher levels of being, good deeds must be done. This is the nature of Karma.

Even if I must battle and defeat my foes, I will show them that we must strive to be better - to build Karma for a better future. I will remove the painful morning star and dune scorpions.  I will remove the infuriating stalls.  But I believe it is kind to rewind; to give others chances to start again and improve their ways.  In time, we will all find our way forward, elevated, blessed, and enlightened.  Karma is real.  For I have moments of Deja Vu - feelings of my past selves.  I must continue to build good Karma.

since fg has no restrictions at all (look paradox with more than 6 deja-vu) i decided to turn it into a quartet for fitting the egypt theme; i kept the druids because why not, eggs, mito, sose and leaf dragon fits for his fertility goddess status, the sanctuary is for

Manuel, you can pick either the AI4 or the AI5 deck as your submission, but not both. Please edit your post to reflect your choice.

For AI4, the deck you submit shouldn't be randomized-- you pick the cards and upgrades as they appear in the deck. The stipulation is that it would be possible to have generated it in the AI4 ruleset.

since the ai4 is random there are no ways to make an fg's deck

Yes, the first line says "or two, or three" for a reason.

For Ai4, it's only as random as you want to make it. You can pick whatever cards you want , whichever upgrades, etc, be included, as long as it fulfills the basic general requirements in an AI4. Basically, if it's possible as a generated AI4 deck, you can use/submit it, much in the same way that a quantum tower can technically generate 3 quantum or 3 quantum.
