2a. The PseudoElement should not be one already made on the forums - your goal is to have the
concept be as original as possible with the card.
2b. To clarify :
already-existing PseudoElement ideas like
Mirror,
Void, and similar ideas are
banned from being submitted to the Competition. (A partial list of some already-existing ideas can be found
here.) Be original and create a PseudoElement of your own!

Card ideas should be submitted to the Card Idea Competition Submissions board.4. Along with your Card Idea, provide a
description of your (Pseudo)Element: explain it's theme,
game focuses, and how it fits in Elements the Game.
5. Resources:
- Planplan/Xenocidius card creator - Standard Card Creator, also has a function to make your own element cards.
- To make a PseudoElement card, select Custom as your element, then upload a card background and mark icon using the 'load card background' and 'load card icon' buttons respectively. After that's done, create the rest of the card like you normally would.
- PseudoElements Concepts Thread - Though these are already-existing ideas that you can't use, you may look to them for inspiration or reference.
- SevenSapiens's Card Builder - An alternative to the standard forum card image builder; you can download a blank format that works with the above tutorial on making card templates.

- Blank Marks - Two blank marks that you can use to get you started on mark design.
- Hybrid Marks - All 68 dual-element marks in their tabled glory, along with several additional card backgrounds.

- Make your own Elemental Marks! - There are a lot, but they're spread throughout the thread.
- Element Marks Vector - Has all 12 Original marks + Underworld. Great if you want a starting "base" to build a custom mark off of.
- Pixlr - Image Editor. Great for creating your new Mark Design and also works with the Tutorial.
Submission and VotingThe Competition's Submission Phase will run for 14 days. After that, there will be a 7 day poll held to determine the winner.
The winner gets an award icon! (And if you're in a
Guild, you'll get 5, 3, and 1GP for placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd, respectively.)
