Not sure how to handle endowed crusaders (technically not weapons)… Doing nothing is simplest answer, but could possibly remove them as if they were weapons or maybe just revert them to their unendowed states and only count the difference in ATK that causes.

Endowed crusaders are unaffected.

It gives the owner a whole lot of maximum Health...

This actually isn't really that big of an issue because farenheit gains +1 ATK for every 5 :fire ... since the upped version of this gives +5 max HP for every ATK it basically becomes 1 max HP for every :fire quantum. That is equivalent to stone skin, which is balanced. So everything should be good.

I don't think that they need to revert back to their unendowed states, i mean (if i am not mistaken) when the weapon that a crusader endows get PC'ed the crusaders retain the stats.

Fahrenheit shouldn't give extra healing, it's an ability the weapon has, not it's own attack.

Endowed Crusaders are creatures, not weapons. Thematically, they are equipped soldiers and this removes your weapons, not the weapons of your units.

What happens to Morning Glory ?
fiery is quite a weird ability.
It does not update the attack-stat (so not very easy to paradox),
but on the other hand, it does limit the turns of adrenaline.

The :chroma weapons are the only other creatures that can show less attack than they deal damage.
however, adrenaline ignores this bonus damage.

The inconsistency makes it unclear what should happen, looking only at what is already in the game.
For balancing purposes, it should just stick with 4 | 5 damage.
