Double edged, weapon based direct damage buff / debuff on a stick. Can be used to make an enemy weapon blow up on its owner, or enhance your own weapon to explode to inflict extra damage upon replacement or as a deterrent to PC.

For the curious, the runes on the sword spell out "Fiery Outcry" using the webdings font ;)

If it's stolen it is still in play, just on the other side, so logically nothing should happen - besides you losing the weapon of course  :)

The effect should stay on it
