Two different ideas, to see what they'd add. Both can be insanely powerful, but such is the nature of 'consume all quanta' cards. I changed it a bit, half because it seemed odd that one was reflectable and the other was not, and that the card seemed to need a little buff to have major relevance against anything but things like Miracle Stoneskin stall.

Table fixed, and slight changes made to the upgraded version. Although I don't know if its ready for any serious revision, and bumping for anyone who ignored it due to a broken table primarily because I don't think editing a post marks it as 'new' to suggest anything has changed.
