Also, this doesn't really fit with the Elements fantasy mechanic, nor are instant kills very interesting...

What does it mean by "Cloaked"?  I mean, I understand the concept from the card, but would would it only cloak this individual card, or would it act over the entire field?

And this is just a suggestion, but what if where to receive a buff when Cloak is played?

'Cloaked' applies only to the creature; So this creature comes into play invisible, but can still be seen by mass CC.

What I mean is will the opponent be aware of its presence only when it is played and other creatures are played around it, or will it appear similar to a burrowed creature, where the card itself is visible but cannot be targeted directly?

However, that card is a shield and only one of it can be played. This card can be put on the field 23 times (possible with fractal).
I will reconsider my opinion if I know what this small % is. Did you mean that it works in a similar manner to the shield?

But still can be damage by RoF, Thunderstorm and other mass CC

Small chance is lower than the small chance that Skull Buckler is.

I meant as in would it come in similar to being burrowed, where it is seen but cannot be targeted by the opponent's spells, except, in this case, AoE spells.  But you've stated it'd just be invisible, so that's answered.

Ah, typos.  Well, if Cloak, the card, were played,  it would give a buff, most likely (+1/+1), like an additional Nightfall.
