Seems weak to me. Almost forcing a trio for triple dive that is susceptible to PC and CC that is also very expensive isn't really worth it.

I'm mainly concerned about the fact that raising the ATK by +1 on each copy would result in a 2 critter that can become a 6 | 2 / 9 | 2 under the right conditions, as well as the fact Water has SoPa. Are you sure this card could be potentially stronger?

Okay then yes, I think this is good then.

I forgot that Water had a way to buff creatures and so thought that to be useful you would need a trio.
