Should be very straight forward here. It kills a creature and heals you based on its HPs and ATK.

E.g. sacrifice a 1|1 and you get back 2*1 + 1 = 3 HPs… sacrifice a voodoo doll and get back 2*0+20 = 20 HPs.

That would probably be OP I think...
plus sacrifice mechanic is strictly your own creatures. So wording would need changing. (although in openEtG you could beguile your opponent's creature and then sacrifice it :D )

seems a bit weak;
best targets for quantaefficience should be ball lightning and voodoodoll. This is identical in cost to improved heal/holy flash and a permanent with  :death upkeep: generate up to 1 death effect each turn.
Rather extreme buff: Also draws a card upon use.

Other strengths that I did not take into account: Highest possible heal from 1 card: Golden dragon heals 36 (upped); upped wyrm can heal 25 with ability (if it uses current attack). Singularities.
Helps dealing with (self-) flooded board (bone yard aflatoxin), but fallen elf or immolation would be better for that most of the time.
I also forgot about basilisk blood which is 1 cheaper than heal.

Maybe a little UP. I like the concept a great deal however. Lots of synergies with gravity creatures and aflatoxin. Fun card that helps bonestalls a lot.

Imo the best creature to use this on is Phoenix. If you had 2 phoenixes and this you could have 15 HP and 1 death effect per turn... actually that's not that great. I think you should make the attack-to-hp ratio higher, maybe 1 to 3 or something.
