This is a card with four abilities.

Regardless of how many abilities you use, it always goes back to the first ability at turn's end.

This is designed to allow people to spam weapons.

The only deck where this might be usable is a weapon-heavy rainbow with Fractal... hm, I don't really think that'ld be very competeitive, it's too expensive and decks based around them are heavily vulnerable to PC unless you pack EA.
Also, it's overcomplicated.

There is a darkness inside every person. The only difference is how long it takes to come out.

Either of those would be four elements, with two elements being high usage. Even in a rainbow, I don't think it'd be more effective than standard AW decks.

youre looking at an expensive quad there. id rather use scorptal or vamptal than the weapon alternative

What dawn said.

6 AWs enables a functional mono, or functional duo if you run something like Crusaders or a splash. This is four elements that would be difficult to run in either a rainbow or a quartet. More effect, sure, but for a much higher cost. I'd rather use AWs, this is just more interesting.
