NOTES:
After this card is played, the ability is delayed one turn (like an hourglass, or pulvy). It is somewhat similar to mutation, but there doesn't have to be a creature in the playing field. Is a permanent, so vulnerable to steal, deflag etc... When a creature is summoned, creatures have a higher chance to have a lower attack. HP is determined by this complicated formula: (HP = ATK - 3). Creatures have an even chance to obtain any of these abilities:
:earth or  :water: Growth (50% chance to get either)
 :time: Deja Vu
 :death: Poison
 :fire: Ablaze
:light :light :light: Endow (2 Light if Upgraded PE)
 :life: Mutation

As you probably noticed, the abilities will cost quanta from their original element, NOT entropy.

Why not just have a spell that summons a random creature with at least 4|5 ATK and an ability?

Making it a permanent is really wonky for no benefit.

Having it be a permanent gives the opponent 1 turn to prepare, and / or prevent the effect (e.g. hit it with deflag)
Essentially, this would only be important if you intend it to be a nerf if you think the effect is too powerful to occur instantly.
Otherwise, just go with a spell.
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
If your zombie plan is
kill -9 `ps l | awk '{print $2" "$3" "$9}' | grep "Z" | awk '{printf("%s ",$2)}'`
You might be a unix junky

That's not worth the clunkiness.
PC is precious, after all.

I did it like this because the card seems quite strong. Although, it might be a bit weak for the 1 turn delay. Maybe an additional 1 or 2 damage will make it a bit stronger.
