You use SoB... when exactly? Second turn after your mark generates quanta?

Well, SoB lets you draw cards extremely fast while locking up your hand, making it ideal for discards. Precog could work too. Keep on drawing with SoB plus Precog with 1 time tower and a fire mark until you win.

Btw, Zanzarino has said several times he doesn't like card like this, or 1-card-win type.

Nerf/modify this card.

Actually, if you have 6 of these in deck, you have a very high winrate of winning no matter what other cards you have. If you draw one of these in the first 8 cards, you win every time.

But how about this: "If you discard this card 3 times, you win." It will be more though, but still seems OP. It can get a counter on your HP (purify could remove them) and if reaches 3, make your opponent lose automatically. Kay, sounds like a different card, but at least I tried

... The original cost was 0. And there is literally like one way to play that, if your opponent helps you with Silence... So there really isn't a good cost for it

Discarding 3 like zergva said might work.
