the idea is good but the cost is too high, so it lacks speed.

I think you wanted to create synergy with earthern collector.
I wouldn't use this card in my deck because if I would use upped version with 5 towers I would gain only 4 extra :earth.

Yes ALL QUANTA GENERATION IS DOUBLED Except for quantum towers/pillars which is why i think the cost is good. Supernovas give 4 quanta to each element, immolation gives 18 quanta and 2 to every element. Brimstone eater generates 2 fire. Quantum towers are UNAFFECTED.

Update: Only Towers/pillars and Creatures get the quanta boost.
