The effect doesn't really feel like :aether to me.  You could pass it off if you tried :darkness .

Hmm... I can see that. I'll repost it as dark in a bit once I get a chance to remake the art with the  :darkness background.

Wait, what did this card do again?
1. Pick a card (x)
2. Pick the top of target's deck (y)
3. Swap x and y.
4. Push new top to bottom? ???
5. Draw a card.

In Magic-ese:

"Send a card in target player's hand to the bottom of its owner's deck. That player draws a card. You draw a card."

Do you get to see the opponent's hand on activation, or are you stuck with randomly choosing? It probably should be the latter, since the Precog effect is from :time. Also, card draw is pretty much exclusive to :time (barring Shard of Bravery), and the "cantrip" effect doesn't really work here because of that.
I'm doing science, and I'm still alive.

Yes, you are stuck randomly choosing. I built it with the precog combo in mind actually. The draw card is more to emulate changing / replacing this card with another. I.e. you either replace 2 of your own cards or replace one of yours and one of your enemies.
