NOTES:
Manta Rays are an ocean creatures which often burrow themselves beneath the sea floor's sand for camouflage. Inspired by them, I try to make it to a card. And since rays can only burrow themselves underwater, so this creature can only burrow itself in flooded area.

EDIT
1st change: Changed the cost from 10 to 6, because this card with 10 cost is too underpowered.
2nd change: Changed the HP from 9 (unupgraded) and 15 (upgraded) to 4 (unupgraded) and 6 (upgraded) because there is no point to make it untargettable if it already has high HP.
3rd change: Changed the stats from 4|4 (unupgraded) and 6|6 (upgraded) to be similar with Shrieker (8|3 unupgraded and 10|4 upgraded) as someone here suggested. Lowered the cost from 6 to 5 because Shrieker needs 9  :earth to use its basic ability (8  :earth for summon and 1  :earth for burrow) thus this card will also need 9 (reduced by 2  :water for Inuindation and 1  :water per turn for keeping Inuindation in place, that's why the cost becomes 5.

Awesome, and if you can make a deck with flood + this + sopa you buff them up quickly while there in flood (you have to swarm them first) and they  can't attack then, then you remove both, and high damageing creatures.

unless does sopa effect burroed?

I put high cost at the beginning because it is planned to be untargettable with that much HP, though it's just in flooded area. But considering its attack is just 4/6 (2/3 in when untargettable). Maybe 6 is indeed a good choice.

I have used that application, too. And I also followed the approved format (try to quote my first post here, the image link will appear). However, for some unknown reasons, the image won't load. I also don't know why.

I'm happy to see someone making cards with flooding. Just 1 thing: What is the point of being burrowed ( but sop ) when you got 9,15 hp?
