NOTES:
"Today is a good day to go with the ebb and flow of things"

"Keep a cool head today. Don't let your enemies see past that icy exterior of yours."

A frost counterpart to fahrenheit with a unique mechanic to match.
Unlike fahrenheit, which uses quanta to increase its damage output, this card uses your :water quanta to help it freeze enemy cards.
Unlike other freeze mechanics, however, this card freezes cards in the opponent's hand and deck rather than their field.
A frozen card cannot be played until its freeze duration ends.

The cards that get frozen are chosen at random and cards which are already frozen can be frozen again. If this happens, the freeze duration simply resets (just like it does with the freeze mechanic for creatures and weapons in play)

Due to the stochastic nature of this mechanic, it is particularly effective against decks that have few cards in them since it will have less chance of freezing cards that are too far down in the deck to be meaningfully affected when there are fewer cards in a deck.

For example, if your opponent has an empty hand and 30 cards left in their deck, and this weapon freezes 1 card, then there is a 3 / 30 => 1 / 10 chance that the card will still be frozen when it is drawn (assuming the opponent only draws 1 card per turn).

how does it work with adrenaline?
also, what is it's hp?

This seems potent for a 'forced deckout' deck with SoBr,
but I cannot think of an OP situation. (unless it is OP by itself, which is very hard to tell).
be quick- time is quanta.

Hmmm. That is definitely a very similar mechanic. Guess thats what I get for not checking through armory first.
Slight difference on this one though. I made this affect cards in both the hand and the deck, and the duration is standard freeze duration.
The motivation for that is that it can be effective even when your opponent keeps an empty hand, but it is harder to pull off a full hand lockdown effect.
Both of those are important for balance I think.
Guess that will have to go into the discussion for the armory card then...
