Wait, does the skill turn into a random :light skill, or does it make it so the cost of the skill is now in :light?

As for rustler, you can make it so it only activates once per turn. Just like SoR rustler.

As for rustler, you can make it so it only activates once per turn. Just like SoR rustler.
It replaces the target's skill with a random one costing 1 or 2 light quanta, like mutation.

Example:
Playing a PvP game, I play photon and put insight on it. It gets :light  :light : lycanthropy. I use the skill the next turn, then use insight on it again. It gets  :light : growth on it.
