Well, it's different in that he can unburrow so you can put boosts on him, and then hop back into his hidey-hole.

His 1st ability is to burrow, his second is to negate the halving effect.

On the topic of Burrow but not reducing Attack:
If enough creatures are added to the game with this effect then it would be appropriate to change the name to another keyword like Tunnel. However a preemptive change is not worth the confusion it would cause.

Okay, I may be a little picky but if the burrow skill hasn't chnaged, you don't need to put the "does not reduce" effect on it.
