Sounds like hot isn't such a bad thing,

The more you sweat, the more you feel tired.
This is just the ordinary hot.

The personal experience of Heliot, the man whom
turned into a dragon was much rough,
The heat seared through his body,
his body was unable to release the hot feeling,
it keeps getting hotter.

His veins flared up, his draconic blood stops moving
and yet suddenly rushed.

The fat dragon body starts feeling dizzy,
he is a dragon and he cant find a human whom would dare to treat him.

There is blackness covering the vision on the bottom of his eyes.

Too expensive. Lower that cost by 10 quanta and make it a permanent.

Not sure why this is :light and not :fire

My first thought is that I agree it's too expensive--a single-target cc should not cost that much, especially one  that takes times to act. One question though--you compare this to antimatter--am I correctly interpreting that to mean it does not stop when the attack hits zero and eventually the creature starts healing you?

Me, too. Both the thematic (heat) and the mechanic (attack manipulation) screams :fire than :light
My idealized elements cycle:
Water -> Fire -> Air -> Earth -> Lightning -> Metal -> Light -> Darkness -> Wood -> Water

Antimatter instantly makes the large creature detrimental to the opponent.  This takes a while.  Long enough that you'll probably be dead before the attack hits zero.

Fire is more about killing, Light is more about heal.
Fire Bolt makes a creature dies, Heat Wave doesn't kills a creature and even instead makes it heal.
Fire is more intense and its destructive power is seen 1 turn, Light elemental Heat Wave consumes lots
of time but still, it is not really destructive.

Heat comes from both Fire and Light (Sun)
