Meow - Pretty close, the element is off. Though as I've said the hint is a bit misleading
Frozen - Correct element, correct card type (permanent), but the effects are not what I thought of. Interesting interpretation
Zblader - Tall indeed, interesting interpretation

Opsinis: Not quite what I was looking for, but the concept is fantastic! I might base a card off this in the near future
Frozengaia: Your upped card hits the nail on the head! Unupped, not so much.
Zblader: Close, but not quite there. I was truly looking for one that affected the whole field.
Physsion: Double visiooon~ I bet it was you, who planted the mindgates.. Duality! You seem to have gotten the essence of what I wanted, though.
AD Storm Bolt: Creative, but not quite what I was looking for. I also like the concept of this one.
