I don't see you saying that on Flow and Kamikaze, why here?
I'm intentionally avoiding time for 'Draw 8 cards.' Trying to be original.
I understand try to give card drawing to other elements, SoBr does this after all.
The key there is that SoBr gives drawing to BOTH players, so it avoids giving the user a "card advantage" which falls into time's thematic domain.
SoSe is another example of card advantage, but with SoSe you aren't "drawing" cards, because the cards you get are random rather than coming from your deck. The element of randomness there helps offset the draw advantage.
Another way to look at it is in terms of Card per Turn advantage... Ending the turn immediately helps, but its still giving them 8 cards over 2 turns, which is a 4 card per turn advantage over that time... again, this is a little too powerful considering it is encroaching on the time element.
I think it either needs something to mitigate / nullify the draw advantage more fully or you need to work in the time element somehow...
I'm not saying it needs to be a time card, but you need to create a thematic link somehow.
