NOTES:
All cards are played without paying the quanta costs. Cards that cannot be legally played will be killed. Sanctuary blocks this effect. Possibly a rare card.

I would like to see every element have its own "Last Ditch" type card (i.e.: one that consumes all remaining quanta). This is my submission for Time.

What happens if a card cannot be played, for example a creature card when the field is full of creatures already?

Hmm... didn't think of that... I guess it would count as killed/destroyed/wasted.

i suggest making all quanta from both you and your opponent consumed. also, probably rare but time has enough rare cards...

would all targeting spells be targeted individually?

Uh, I can see the point of this, but that means that it's basically quanta denial to your opponent. That would make the card more powerful, not less. Your own quanta... I could get behind that.

I would say Yes. The card basically acts as a pseudo-turn, so each player would get to choose the order to play the cards, and the targets for any spells. Not sure how the coding on this would work, but there you have it. And yes, I agree that time has a lot of Rare cards, but oh well. Miracle is a rare card, but Sky Blitz isn't. Could go either way.

If a card (e.g. fractal) causes you to gain more cards in your hand, are those played as well?

Well, they'd be cards in hand, soo I'm gonna go ahead and say yes. So you could make an easy TTK deck with this and time dragons, for 25 :time + 9 :aether + 2 cards, one that I don't think would be terribly hard to set up either.

No, I meant if the fractal is in your hand when this card is played.

Ah, apologies. Well at least I got my opinion out there :P

If I might take another crack at answering your question: I am strongly of the opinion that those cards should not be included. Not only because game balance, but because mechanics and sense making. I'd think it would be only applied to cards in hand at the time that the spell is cast.

Yeah, I have to agree. While I sort of love the idea of throwing out tons of creatures, a card like fractal does break this idea nearly completely. You could fractal a creature, then play this, and play a bunch of high cost creatures for basically free.
I really don't see a work-around for it. And I do so like the idea of just laying everything out on the table.

Hmm...What if it halved the cost of cards for one turn?

or... what if it only played all time cards from your hand for free while draining all of your quanta?

That could work. Even so, fractal time dragons could be a bit much.
