Should help out a bit in avoiding quanta issues due to bad draws. Also has a lot of potential synergy with mindgate. In the wording "non-pillar" is meant to exclude towers, pendulums and pillars (not just strictly pillars). SERIES:

That's something Odin does; make the upped cost more than the unupped.

Basically, this thing gives 2 towers, which are upgraded pillars.

I assume he feels it would be too OP for it to generate towers for one. And I agree, kinda.


Otherwise, looks quite perfectly balanced and I am thus happy.

Frozengaia pretty much got my reasoning down there.

I origianaly just had the upped cost 1 less and no other changes (i.e. still created unupped pillars).
But I figured for upped meta people would rather have towers, so I gave a cost bump because I figured having it make towers was a little more power than just a simple upgrade would warrant.

It was also easier than trying to redo the wording so that the upgraded status would be based on the card being discarded... which would make sense too (but seems to be a major pain to try and fit into the text space)

I like it, I approve this card.
It makes the dexkbuilding easier, letting you have multiple cards you must use only once AND you need it ASAP giving an alternative use to the copies.

Also, this is a permanent, so only the casting cost is increased, the activation is the same and the benefit with each activation greater.
