Should be pretty straight forward. The target creature will get delayed for 1 or 2 turns each time it attacks. Multiple castings on the same target will stack the delay time. The last clause "transfers if target is combined" is mainly aimed at chimera for now, but any other spell or effect that combines or absorbs creatures will be affected. I.e. if you decertify your opponents armagio the turn before they play a chimera, the chimera will be decertified as well. SERIES:

I think you should remove the combined clause. Chimera doesn't need the hate, and it is exactly counter to Chimera's purpose, which is to circumvent defensive measures against your creatures.

Its mainly meant as a spell form to disperse the above card's passive trait... was mainly in there for consistency.
I suppose removing wouldn't hurt too bad though.

If decripify is played on your creature:

- Antimattered creatures will attack less
- It will be affected less often by harmful shields

So it actually has some use playing it on your own creature.

Yep. Thats another part of the spell's idea
Hopefully it has enough offensive and defensive utility alike to be useful.

There is no need to define the skill as Shambles, for need of card space.  It would be best to just leave the effect on the card without trying to fit in "Shamble" into the text.
