Explanation: The card is self-explanatory. Can't get any simpler really. Activate the skill. The targeting mechanic comes up. Click on a creature. They are delayed for two turns and this creature loses one HP.
Usage: Very useful for controlling the creatures on the opponent's side of the field.

Information: Scientifically, Dandelions disperse their seeds. These seeds drop on disturbed soil and rapidly colonize, making ruderals. There is no thematic link between the seeds delaying a creature in Elements, so I thought of that effect myself. There is also no thematic link between delaying and  , but there is one for Dandelion and , as the seeds of the Dandelion flow with the wind and land on soil when the wind dies down.
