ART: vrt (modified by Krzysiekxd) IDEA: Krzysiekxd NOTES: Another Light card idea. For me the logic behind the Light is not to harm, but rather heal, converse, doing good. That's why pacification and conversion fits better for me in the Light than attacking.  Any feedback greatly appreciated. SERIES:

...Attack. Well, now it's just a ray of light that's also creature removal.
Ew, this is harder to judge.

My gut says it Needs a cost reduction. Considering that I herald lightning as the best removal in the game and it only costs 2-1 aether, whilst this has tacked on "Bioluminesence" and stronger radius... +2 for the radius, +1 for the luminesence, That makes about 5-4 quanta.

actually the only case where it would be worse than an instakill is if all your opponent needs to do is targetting the creature (nightmare and fractal mainly)

Lightning is instakill to half the creatures in the game, and Basilisk might as well be.

Instakill without restrictions is something zanzarino explicitly doesn't like at all. CC, BB and maxwell demon have their own restrictions.

Well, compared to Shockwave + Freeze, it's probably slightly undercosted.

Also, CC for light. Light shall never have CC!

Meh, light needs really indirect CC, in my opinion. This is too direct.

No one uses Holy light as cc unless in certain events where you know what you will face. And Hope, wut?

If reducing a creature's attack to 0 counts as CC, reducing damage dealt by it by X is CC, too.
All shields are CC, thusly. It may not be demonic evil killing CC, which light should not have, but it's still CC.


If we want to expand even further, those are CC in the broadest sense, too.

...My point is light prefers indirect CC. This is a bit too direct for my tastes, but it's not like it matters.
