Chaos Shield | Chaos Buckler

Most would agree that diss shield its not enough for entropy. So inspired from moomoose's shield (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/crucible-archive/confusion-aegis-confusion-aegis/) I decided to make on myself. Thanks to dictator and treebeard for helping me balance this shield. So the concept is of course CHAOS! Here it is:

The so wanted entropy shield! Creatures have a 25% chance to miss that doesnt need any further explanation, about the 25% chance of a random effect being casted on them though, this abillity will be casted only if creatures succeed to attack. what exactly is 'a random effect'? same as chaos seed/pandemonium?
or is it completely random, to include antimatter, blessing, rage potion, ...?

I don't think it needs the miss chance, a random effect would be enough (with 50%)

There is already a card idea like this I think... don't know where in the polls it is now though, or if it got archive or not yet, but the concept has been proposed.

I haven't seen anyone add on a miss chance in addition to the chaos seed effect yet, so this is fairly unique I think.

@dragtom Chaos Seed material. Whatever chaos seed casts can be inflicted to the attacking creature.

@iancudorinmarian I know I just wanted to spice it up a little bit and put some more chaos/randomness as entropy deserves

@antretimpa I saw several similar cards so that I can balance it correctly. Using captain scibra's calculator(or its called somewhat else:p) the dictator, treebeard and some other members helped me conclude to this version. I believe a low-cost shield should be better than a fat one.

@OdinVanguard Thanks a lot, however that many have tried to create this kind of shield I tried to make it as unique as possible.
