Canonical quartet capstone card.
Provides cardinal decks with a card source that adapts based on the player's available quanta.
The unupgraded version may seem somewhat stronger at first, but the upgraded version actually provides more new cards in their hand and the cards it provides are useable immediately. The unupgraded version provides more cards, but they may end up burried within the deck for several turns.
Lastly, the unupgraded version works well as an anti-deckout measure, providing +2 turns till deckout. The upgraded version, on the other hand, will help players to push through their deck faster (or more accurately, reduces 'effective' deck size in the manner that precognition does).

Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
