The damage bonus provided by these creatures stacks, so with 6 of them in play, marked weapons would deal +6 damage.
As with other marked card effects, this is a double edged effect, so your opponent's marked weapons would get the same benefit.
E.g. if you had 2 of these and your opponent had 3, everyone's marked weapons would deal +5 damage.

The ability marks a card in both the hand and the deck (e.g. 2 cards get marked in total with each use)

The marked card enhancement is considered a trait / passive skill and would not get overwritten by cards like overdrive, mitosis, or liquid shadow.
It WILL get removed by lobotomize.

Unupped seems op statwise, upped is a very marginal improvement if at all, so can stay the same.
Is the active ability truly random or will it prioritize unmarked cards? Since it affects cards in your hand that are leftover (and its possible to empty it relatively quickly), weapons are a pretty likely target, plus you can reasonably run more than 6 of them now. Its a bit daft though that the replacing rather than the to be replaced weapon is more likely to be marked. I do think the effect is strong enough to warrant some extra cost compared to a vanilla creature, but despite the incredible mana efficiency a rush based on longbows and swords will probably take too long to make the marking of weapons relevant enough to outperform an ordinary rush, a mono with lot of OE however would be simple to build yet incredible powerful (i find myself running 3 to 4 OE without any flying weapon in stalls, so that has serious potential). Of course its vulnerability to CC and summoning sickness, as well as synergy with other marking cards have to be taken into account.

The ability prioritizes unmarked cards (I will make a series thread about this mechanic once I get a bit more time)
I have lowered the unupped stats to match upped stats.

The owls eye synergy is pretty decent, though I was originally thinking of the aether card for this series, pyschic-battle-blade, and fractal.
The battle blades would get a major boost with this since their main downside is that it takes a while for players to get ahold of marked cards in their deck. These two cards are meant to synergy to overcome this, with fractal allowing massive growth later in the game.
