Does it keep the HP after an instakill (cremation, catapult, freeze + shockwave, Maxwell)? Statuses carry over lives (freeze, delay, adrenaline, gp, poison/purify), how about active abilities when it looses a life?

Does the HP reset when it dies by losing all the HP?

in short yes the HP resets.
That makes it lose value for certain combos. I suggest it keeps it's max HP and get it back when killed, same for its effects gravity pull, freeze, etc). Why not?
