ART: Hawanja and Kamietsu IDEA: karis NOTES: this skill can target everycard on the field.  creature, permanent or even mark. the hidden one still do the same thing as usually.  but can't use active ability or target that card with any buff or debuff.  and maybe you'll forget about it. if you hide a stackable one(pillar).  number of that card will reduce by 1 but still generate correct quantum. upgraded one generate upgraded seek to your opponent.  if your opponent hand is already full(nightmare or anything.). no seek for your opponent, i'm sorry . Really interesting card, works great thematically. Fractal may be a problem though as you could easily clog your opponents hand and hide all their cards, and yours if you wanted. I wish it could be another element, then it could provide control and protection to an element that doesnt already have it in abundance.

Makes me think of the Cheshire cat.

Maybe it shouldn't be able to target the Mark, as it is kinda immortal.
And I hope immortal cards can't be targeted either.
It's something that darkness would do. Mini weak Nightmare and giving the opponent a pretty useless card.

For the cost, I think the up version should still use two darkness to hide. And also, you need to specify which seek the owlcat will generate.

With one pest, this will cause the -1(Owlcat 4, opponent 3) into +1 (Owlcat 3, opponent 4). Brilliant.
One other thing, Silence will match this card pretty well.

my first though for this card is  creature with  skill.  but still don't sure.  want some more feedback.

still don't sure about mark (cuz mark is a 'special permanent'  maybe we shouldn't touch it no matter what.)  but immortal card (and protected permanent) can't be target by this skill. 

i said in note that upgraded one generate upgraded seek.  i want to write it in card text but it's already full.

I remember seeing this, but not why I didn't comment on it earlier.

I like that the upgrade goes from big to small, rather than the typical opposite the creatures in the game are. I don't think I've heard of an Owlcat before, so I may not be understanding the theme in its entirety - but I shall look it up... when it's not so early in the morning.

I suppose you can target the mark, but I just don't see any use for it. I doubt I'd forget what my mark was.
I think the Seek text should be either "Randomly reveal a hidden card" or Reveal a random hidden card" Then add the second part.
