Where the hell is the "drain all water quantum"? Even with that this card would be over powered, four turns are more than enough to get the quantum needed to play another Avalanche.
And this even affects creatures that are protected...

This would mean that with 15(12) RANDOM quanta [5(4) Quantum pillars] you can play this card.

This card needs some fixing.

First of all the theme is all wrong. How can Avalanche be Water? Makes no sense. The element has to be of course Earth.

Secondly, Avalanche doesn't freeze opponents. It would make sense game play wise but it's against the theme. You get buried, not frozen.

I suggest you change it like this:

Avalanche
12 (or whatever)
All enemy creatures lose their abilities, gain Burrow ability, and become borrowed.

This would fit much better in the theme, and could be quite interesting.

No, this is easily the most OP card i've ever seen.
15 any quanta you can get easily.
For 4 rounds, you can do whatever you please to violate the enemy.
6 of these, and you basically gutted any creature damage the enemy has, i cannot think of many decks that could survive that.
Fire bolter only.
It would be much more balanced if it applies to your own creatures too, in that case i would say: fine.
And, make it cost some color!

Btw, what SG said would be fun, and also totally OP. (Unless it applies to your own creatures too).
