Cards that affect abilities affect both abilites - SoR would reduce the cost of both to 0.

You have to use aether quanta before the ability is open to you.

And, okay, SoW reflect >in this form< is worth a trio. Heck, normal SoW relect is worth a trio- it's just lovely it's a duo.

SoW reflect struggles with large amounts of creatures. Does this?
