You're supposed to post in http://elementscommunity.org/forum/card-idea-competition-submissions/ to submit. Please make a new thread there in order to be counted as a submission.

As Card Design Critic:
For balance purposes, you should avoid having the same stats as an existing card plus a new ability/passive. The unupped version has the same stats as cockatrice, but an additional bonus, so it is strictly better. One way to get around this might be to increase both cost and HP by a small amount. The mechanic is really interesting! It reminds me of seraph's temporary invulnerability, though I'm not quite sure what combos would work the best here just yet. You've got a good start, keep going! :)

Feels like it would fit better in :fire thematically .... Aries being a fire sign and all...

I agree with Odin. As a fire card, this could act as a glass cannon like the rest of the element. It can keep it's ability the same, but maybe have ~2 hp, forcing a duo for the utility/hp gain. Maybe SoPa dryspell,

I agree with Odin. As a fire card, this could act as a glass cannon like the rest of the element. It can keep it's ability the same, but maybe have ~2 hp, forcing a duo for the utility/hp gain. Maybe SoPa dryspell, 
Also, the peak ATK for adrenaline are 3, 7, 8. So dropping to 2 hp and 7 atk would be good, or drop ATK to 3 and keep same HP (with perhaps lower cost).

Since the effect triggers upon being damaged, you would want to use an initial hp that can survive at least 1 hit and probably 2 (although remember that the opponent would usually do all the CC on the same turn).

I know this is a competition card and thus different card names are not necessarily currently on the table, however this made me think of the phase "Let sleeping ____s lie". The Adrenaline effect mimics the more dangerous awakened form.
