Yes, an Otyugh copy. Yes, it's in element with SoP, so a bit problematic but it requires another element to function, so I hope that balances it out.

Why :light? Because anglerfish use light to lure their prey in

(Why devil? For the Black Devil Anglerfish species)

Hm, methinks ability needs to be :light :light with same stats as regular Otyugh, maybe -1 HP on upped if still too powerful

Otherwise I like it :D

It doesn't, otherwise the card or at least the notes would say so.

Having a creature generate the off-element quanta needed for its own ability would be too easy. Plus normally applying Bioluminescence to a creature means it has no active or innate abilities to begin with - for a good reason.

Of course Anglerfish could just have Bioluminescence instead of Devour, but :water - :light combos that would require it are hardly common.
