OldTrees noted, during Forum Brawl, that the reason that chaining never seems to work is because I keep doing trios, which severely impacted thier playability. In that case, have the first mono-coloured divination process. For those who don't understand chaining, this is a card with two abilities. It starts at the top ability, then readies and goes to the second ability. At the end of each turn, it goes back to the top ability. All things that care about abilities treat chaining as one ability; lobo removes both, and SoR makes both cost 0 (Although, technically, the second ability already costs 0.) The flavour of chaining is pretty simple: You're doing one thing, then another. Here, the person is feeding roosters corn to make it bigger, then sacrificing it. Alectryomancy is divination by watching a rooster eat corn. Alectormancy is divination by sacrificing a rooster. I decided to combine both of these into one card, because I hate roosters. (Also, I'm sorry that the guy looks like he's pooping. This is unintentional, but I'm too lazy to fix it.) SERIES: Divination

Question time: what if, for some strange reason, you sacrifice a creature with 9+ HP (or just more than places you have in hand)? What happens to the extra cards? They don't get drawn?

The same thing that happens if you draw a card from hourglass/SoBra with a full hand.

So you draw up to 8, then nothing.

We have Voodoo and Mitosis. This is a massive drawpower card that can be abused

This (Draw 8 every few turns) is too much draw power for EtG.
Although 6 + 1 creature(a frog or a gnome) is a decent first estimate price for a "draw 4". So maybe have it draw half the hp in cards?

Shortcuts like Voodoo Doll will still need to be considered.

8 card draw every few turns is powerful... If you're playing a 60 card deck. At 30, you'll just deck yourself out. Very quickly.

So the real question is if this card has usage inside 60 card decks. The answer is probably yes.

... Eh, but .5 cards doesn't make it sound too powerful outside of its exploitative purpose... But then again, with the first ability you get to draw a card, so .5 is fine...

... We could also make it care about the sacrificed creature's ATK. That was the first idea, but I changed it because I thought it was too limiting to use.

excellent card, i get to buff creatures and draw cards in one card.
in upgraded form, i even get a creature to attack.
i dunno what else i can ask for in a card.

i find life element weird for this but this is purely my personal preference.

Yeah, sacrificing things is a little odd in , but this fixes a few things wrong with life.

And you can't really feed a rooster in , can you?
