The point of them having 0 hp isn't to make them spells in creature form, but to make it so that they have active abilities which can't be used unless they are buffed.

:darkness :darkness Darkness bis :darkness :darkness : It could also be a 0|0 creature that makes every creature on his side a creature from darkness while it is alive. It could be named "Dark soul". it would be then very synergistic with eclipse.

:death :death Death :death :death : Scavenger would be a nice ability to buff a 3|0 creature. Could be called "foul stench" and would get worth each time a creature die.

:earth :earth Earth :earth :earth : 0 HP is not really typical for earth creatures. Heavy armour would make it easy to buff. I would suggest a 2|0 creature named "dust" with a :air triggered "dust wind" ability that blinds the target creature for X turns. X to be determined. Blind means unable to attack and to use any ability.
These, i think are rather nice ideas. maybe make the Earth ability cause Delay, but remain called Dust Wind.

Nothing should have 0hp unless the ability justifies 0hp instead of a higher cost.

If you have a suggestion then you should have a good reason why the suggestion would not be better as a 1hp creature.

My idea:
:time :time Haunting Memory  :time :time
1|0
 :time :time :time Fade: destroy the top card of your opponent's deck.  Haunting Memory loses 1 HP.
Makes a good 0 Hp creature because, for one, it's a memory.  But on a more meta side, it makes sense as a time creature, however, would OP time mono.  0 HP forces a duo, while maintaining the theme of time.

Buff the creature's HP with something like Chaos Power or Momentum, like Spark.

OT's take on the 0 HP idea is quite wise, I think few creatures really qualify for having 0 HP.  I'll try my hand at a couple you don't already have:


Crumbling Statue | Crumbling Monument - 2 :earth | 1 :earth
2|0 (3|0 upgraded)
Rebuild: At the end of your turn, if your opponent has 3 or more creatures, Crumbling Monument gains +0|+4.

Vine Trellis | Overgrown Arbor - 2 :life | 1 :life
2|0 (3|0 upgraded)
Symbiosis: At the end of your turn, if you have 4 or more creatures, Vine Trellis gains +1|+1.


I figured making them potentially self sufficient would be a nice twist, and it's much more interesting to have these abilities on a creature with 0 HP.
