Maybe I misunderstoos, but I got the impression that drawing a copy simply would draw another copy that you actually have in the deck, not create a new copy of it. That would mean there are no way to get that much quanta from it. But now when Marsu mentions it, I guess that creating a copy might be a better idea, so which is it that you intended?
Yes, I intended to CREATE (from nowhere) a new copy, even if you have none left in your deck. Sort of like Mitosis to your hand.
Regarding what Marsu said about having the skill cost 0, wouldn't it be a bit (just a bit) OP? However, I'll upload the new cards with Marsu's idea, because that is true, even though you would need some time, it is very useful in slower decks.
Someday, something will come out.

does this stack?
if not, your permanent field gets quickly flooded, which means this card is pretty useless (unless it gets automatically destroyed after x turns)
If it does, you can only use the ability once a turn.
if it does, but allows you to use the ability an equal amount of times per turn as the amount of stacks, the :air version would make easy otk with double (or even triple) sky blitz.
I think the best solution would be that it doesn't stack, and gets destroyed after 3 turns.
be quick- time is quanta.

Technically, it shouldn't be able to stack. However, you are correct: if it stays permanently there it will flood the permanent deck. You can have, for example, three Extracts and each turn play their ability. Of course, if you have then for example 6 Extracts next turn it would eventually flood the permanents. Nonetheless, if the card gets deleted after three turns, it would prevent it from using all its potential, but it looks like the only possible thing to do. So I'll think about it. Good idea, by the way.

Or it might just be better suited for Pre-Smithy : o

On topic: Unupped, this card would become a very, very interesting one if you either reduced the casting cost or (!) the ability cost to 0.
Let's say you chose the latter:

Turn 1: +1 Quantum
2: +1
3: +2
4: +4
5: +8
[...]
Turn 10: +256 Quantum

I'd say that would be a balanced card. Often UP as it needs too much time to have a good effect, but with a huge potential especially for stalls and a specifically great synergy with Diss Shield.

Well, just a random idea. Either way a card with potential, if you can keep up the quality, please create a series out of this.

You'd long run out of permanent slots first.

Nice card. I'd like to second the "Disappear after three turns" idea.

Yes, I'm probably going to make it disappear after three turns. I've been thinking about other possibilities but it looks like the only reasonable one. Good idea, lads!

I think that it is quite balanced now so we can continue to create the art and make the series. And hopefully it will turn OK.

As a really odd thought:
What if you change its activation cost to time and have it say:
" :time : Draw a copy of this card and shuffle this one to deck."
