Not only is not reusable, it also isn't a creature.

This isn't *that* reusable, I mean generally you'll just target a strong creature right away anyway. And making it a creature just seems to make it weaker than PU, since you have to wait a turn. I think it costs way too much. What makes PU strong is that it is generally cheaper than the creature you use it on (generally Dragons), but this + ability is more expensive than any other creature, and since it doesn't copy the ability, this is basically only useful for stats. I just don't see why I would use this over PU.

Seeing as the creature already has high stats, consider how many creatures you'd bother using it on in a typical game. It's an interesting idea, but may not be practical in matches. My suggestion would be to drop the stats and drop the price but keep the ability cost the same, making the turn delay more risky, but the reward much more usable.
