NAME:
Rain Cloud
ELEMENT:
Air
COST:
4
TYPE:
Permanent
TEXT:
:water :water : Precipitate
Select a tile on the opponent's board. That tile is flooded for 3 turns.

ART:
N/A
IDEA:
InsignificantWeeaboo
NOTES:
This card is for Neptune. It's basically even more CC for the FG, which also adds on to the Inundations in his current deck. The flooded tile also absorbs :water, which is why Precipitate costs 2 :water instead of 3. A fully flooded field costs 30 :water for the full duration. (10 :water for the initial ability cost, 2 :water for the Inundation, 15 :water per 3 turns for 5 tiles, 3 :water per 3 turns for the rest of the field.)

There's also the bonus of being slightly(?) balanced for a regular player to use.
SERIES:
Divine Artifice

EDIT: As for the unupped version of this, it would probably be +1 :air.

Definitely the most reasonable submission so far and makes an aspect of flooded fields relevant that i always wanted to be part of flooding itself (as a way to buff that card), where you can somewhat play around it by playing your creatures in a certain order, so that the weaker/immortal one occupies the flooded slot and a later played creature ends up in an (for now) unflooded slot. With normal flooding that strategic aspect is basically lost, as it only affects the last creature slots (and i always wanted flooding to be buffed such that it would affect creature slot 2,4 and all of 8+ rather than just 6+ like it does now)

i would argue that this card is just as OP as all the submissions before it, consider targeting tile1.
any creature there immortal or not will die 1 turn after attacking unless it is :water . You cant even counter this by playing 2 creatures in 1 turn because this cards effect lasts 3 turns and can be used on tile2 the next turn after. This card is so strong it makes flooding obsolete.

it has a very prohibitive cost (remember the upkeep for each flooded field that isnt stated in the card but in the notes) and lets one more attack and ability use through. Its also duo cost. Id argue its mostly worse than arctic squid (which is a really good card tbf) though i suppose this possibly hits multiple creatures with a single use and when it has to be reapplied it hits another creature. Its a bit easier to bring removal for squid than this, quantadenial should work fairly well against it though.
Also in case of facing fractal youd probably prefer flooding over this (and you may want both for complete lockdown). And theres always the problem with flooded fields that they get completely ignored by a number of things (immortal/burrowed creatures, water creatures and cell, just going creatureless)
