Title: WEB bug [not a bug]

When I choose Web skill and then cancel it, i don't get my air quanta back. Also, copies of a webed deja-vu have the airborne ability.

You don't get the quanta cost of any active ability back once you cancel them. It's how the game works.

You should be grateful... you used to not get quanta back if you decided not to play a card... ;)
