while i was testing a fg deck in trainer i noticed when miracle had a leaf dragon out, it would keep changing quanta until there is only 1 light quanta left. although this may have been intended, it is extremely time consuming to wait for miracle to finish making life quanta.

This is...semi-intended.  Zanz is currently in the process of improving the AI's intelligence level.  Outside of the Trainer Miracle will never use Leaf Dragon's more than once whereas now it doesn't end until it comes within what it considers too little amounts of quanta.  Amusing, as before AI stupidity with Leaf Dragon was because it didn't know when to use it.  Now it doesn't know when to stop.  A middle ground will be obtained eventually

I think a good solution (if nothing better is possible) would be to use the ability to cover the cost of life cards in the hand. It's not perfect, but it's probably better than what happens now.

I don't think the AI is set up to look at anything in its hand, so that would require a lot more work than it initially appears to.

My suggestion would be to only use it if the AI's is less than a certain number. 18, maybe?

With the current AI structure, it looks at cards in hand /before/ considering AI abilities, not after.
