deadly poison can still be casted on Jade Shield??

FG Scorpio can cast deadly poison through Jade Shield, is it suppose to be?

This isnt a bug, that is how it is suppose to work.

Yes, it is. Deadly Poison is not a targeted spell. Reflective shields only reflect targeted spells.

Unstable gas has the same property as deadly poison. You do not target anyone, since you automatically target your opponent.
Yet unstable gas reflects, and poison doesn't

Very true, and its also a permanent, whereas jade shield only mentions that spell effects are reflected.

That's because the effect of Unstable Gas when used with 1 is a spell. The permanent itself isn't. Unstable Gas is reflected because it does direct damage to the player. With poison, you have at the very least one more turn to live, and that is often the difference between life or death.
